“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.” Galatians‬ ‭6:7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Have you ever found yourself sitting in a season of life and wondering, “how did I get here?”

Maybe you have this picture in your head of the type of person you want to be: driven and ambitious. Willing to take risks and make it happen to achieve your dreams. Maybe you have a vision for your health or fitness, a goal of getting in shape and caring for your body. Maybe it’s wanting a healthy dating relationship where Jesus is the focus and you honor God with your decisions and sexuality.

Maybe you have these amazing pictures in your head of where you want to be someday, but seem to be getting the totally opposite results.

I once heard someone say that your life is perfectly set up to give you the results you’re currently experiencing. Basically that the choices you make, the habits you have, and the people you surround yourself with are the perfect formula to lead you exactly where you are in life right now. If you love your life then great! Keep doing what you’re doing!

But if you want to experience change, then that’s exactly what needs to happen...CHANGE!

The Bible says this: That a person will reap what they sow.

The Bible agrees that your life is perfectly set up to see the results you’re seeing right now. But here’s the good news, that can change! If you feel like you want to see something different in your life: better relationships, more purpose in your job, a healthier you, you will reap whatever you are willing to sow. So sow change, sow faith, sow obedience, sow hard work and focus and you can wait with expectation that you will soon reap with God’s blessing!
