Someone who chooses us…

under any circumstance.

Being chosen is one of the most incredible gifts we will experience in life. Whether it be being chosen for a team, for that dream job, as a friend, or one day as a spouse. There is nothing like the feeling of being chosen.
But on the other side of the spectrum, there is the feeling of not being chosen. This produces all the feels. Feelings of not measuring up, being unwanted, and not good enough. This feeling at times can send you in a downward spiral that seems you will never come up from.
You see, we were all designed with this space in us that is for completion. Knowing we are chosen and will always be chosen by the God who created us in His image, will change you. When this Truth settles deep within our soul, we begin living in the fullness of being chosen and deeply loved not because of performance or appearance but because of Whose we are. Because we have a God who chose us from the beginning and will always choose us no matter what. This is life-changing.
I pray that today, as you come and go, you will live out of knowing that God chooses you. He will always choose you. You are His and he is yours, friend. God knows you and calls you by name. Quiet your heart and let that settle for a while. Allow it to fill that space created from the beginning. Things will become clearer. It will free you to love deeper and free yourself to be loved stronger. This is life-changing.
